Make a Booking
There are three steps in the Make a Booking process. See below for reasons you may not be able to make a booking.
Step 1: Enter Details
In this step, you must fill in the make a booking form with all your details. When you are done, click on the "Continue" button.
Step 2: Confirm Booking Details
Once you have filled in the form, and clicked the "Continue" button, if everything is ok (see below) you will be shown a summary of your booking, including the cost of the booking. If this is correct, click the "Continue" button to request the booking. If you want to change any details, click the "start again" link at the top of the page.
Depending on your club's configuration and whether meals are available during the period you are booking you may also be prompted to enter any meal requests at this stage.
Step 3: Booking Complete
This final step displays an informational message stating that the booking request is complete, and providing a booking id number for reference. The booking can now be found on the my bookings page.
Why Can't I Make a Booking?
There are several reasons you may not be able to initiate or complete a booking:
The club is currently not accepting bookings.
No Booking Rights
Either your membership status does not have booking rights, or your individual booking rights have been revoked. If you believe you should have booking rights, contact your booking officer.
If you have not paid your subscription fees, you may not be a financial member of the club, in which case you can not make a booking. If you believe you should be a financial member, contact your booking officer.
Disabled Booking Period
You may be trying to create booking within a disabled booking period. Check the availability page to see which dates can be booked.
You may be booking too far in advance of the current date. Check the availability page to see which dates can be booked.
You may be trying to make a booking for a member who is already in another booking for the same night. Check the members other bookings.
Not Enough Funds
You may not have enough funds in your booking balance to make a booking. Go to the payment page to add funds using your credit card. If you believe you have made a payment but it is not showing in your balance, contact your booking officer.
