Cascade’s Hero Duane Bridge has accomplished a lot in life and has received the Sporting Goods Manufactures Association Heroes Award for his work with the Mighty Mite Ski racing Program.

Mary Davis

Sometimes cooking can be a challenge on the mountain. Mary Davis, Lodge Director from 1995-97 combined her love of healthly cooking with the outdoors.

The Greenslade Family has been intimately connected with Cascade Ski Club and its clubhouse since Matt began staging club races in the late 1960. Today, three generations of Greenslades call Cascade Lodge home.

Hjalmar Hvam

Hjalmar P. Hvam, one of the country’s top ski competitors in the 1930s, was the inventor of the ski safety binding, and a prominent Cascade member.

Olympic Downhill champion Bill Johnson grew up and learned to race at Cascade Lodge.
