Dear Cascade Ski Club Members,

We share your concerns about the spread of coronavirus and are saddened to learn of the recent diagnoses in the Portland metro area and surrounding states.

Your health and safety as a member is of paramount importance to us, and we want to let you know some of the ways that our Manager and Board of Directors are working to ensure that we are implementing best practices during this time. The Lodge will be deep cleaned this week and will continue to be cleaned on a regular basis.  We would like to ask that members be responsible and empowered to take necessary precautions as recommended by the World Health Organization. Preventive measures that are most effective include:

·         Handwashing: Use soap and warm water to scrub your hands for a least 20 seconds.

·         Coughing and Sneezing: Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue and dispose of the tissue or cough/sneeze into your upper sleeve.

·         Clorox wipes will be available in the Lodge – please use as you feel needed.

·         Please refrain from coming to the Lodge if you and/or your family member is experiencing symptoms or a fever.  Please wait 24 hours after a fever has subsided before you visit the Lodge.

We currently plan to keep the Lodge open for members.  We will monitor the situation and update you as we learn more information.

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us at

Thank you.
